About this Mac Apple MacBook Air model that was launched in the beginning of 2014 features an 11.6" screen. One of the biggest improvements over previous models is an upgraded Wi-Fi adapter, which is the 802.11ac standard, which is backward compatible with 802.11a/b/g/n. Battery life has been improved to provide approximately 9 hours of internet time. This is nearly double that of the previous generation. Its 11.6" widescreen model has the native 1366x768 resolution.
